"Hands of Restoration" is a three-chapter series, intends to present the artisans responsible for the multiple processes involved in the restoration of modern furniture.

The second Chapter presents Paulo, the upholsterer, that have the mission to restore the comfort, the function, the usability that has been lost of many decades of usage. This "behind the scenes" presents the manual work and tools involved in this practice that goes through generations.

To produce the making of this series of videos and photos, we used pieces of furniture from our collection to go through restoration.
